RH-PUSHER Tree Jack:

We are introducing chain holder on all our Tree Jack models. Tree felling direction tools, available from July 2024, will feature chain holders. This innovative feature enhances usability and safety, especially on sloped or soft ground.

Facts about the Chain Holder:

• The groove fits a chain with a link thickness of up to 7 mm, with a recommended length of at least 3.5 m.

• To use the chain holder, fasten the chain around the tree (see image), pull it under the foot of the tree felling direction tool, and press the chain into the groove. Adjust the length depending on the slope of the ground.

• Use a piece of wood as support to prevent the tool from sinking into soft ground.

Wedges and RH-PUSHER (Tree Jack)

Felling large trees requires a lot of experience from the forestry worker to make the trees fall in the right direction. It is very difficult to determine how much force is needed to make the tree fall in the desired direction. It depends on how the tree leans or how the branches grow.

Wedges create a very large lifting force and are very useful for making large trees fall in the desired direction. They are an excellent complement to Tree Jack when felling big trees.
